About our T-Shirts

Kwaaidesigns T-Shirts are good quality cotton T-Shirts with awesome and unique designs especially created for the South African market with uniquely South African quirks and sayings and so much more.  Our unique T-Shirts are printed using the Direct to Garment Printing method. By using inkjet technology, specialized inks are used to print the design directly onto the garment, the inks are then absorbed  into the fibres, which results in a vibrant image with good durability which holds up well when washing.  For best results wash our T-shirts on the cold cycle.  Do not tumble dry as it might cause shrinkage and we wouldn't want any shrinkage. Also, do not iron directly on the print, rather iron on the reverse.

Sizing

Please refer to our size chart for sizing.  The easiest way to measure is to find a shirt that fits you well, lay it down flat and measure just under the armpits across the chest to the other armpit for the width.  For the length, measure just next to the collarbone to the bottom of the shirt.  Compare these measurements to our size chart.

Please note that colours displayed serve as an indication only.  Colours may vary based on individual screen monitor settings.

Ordering and Payments

Once you are happy and have selected the items that you would like to order, you will be directed to checkout.  During the checkout process the shipping costs will be added and your personal details, physical address and contact details will be requested as well as your preferred method of payment. 

We accept payments via our payment processor Payfast, which is secure, safe and fully bit encrypted.  We accept Credit card, Debit card, Mastercard, Visa and Instant EFT. 

Instant EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer), allows you to pay for your order through your banks online payment facilities directly via Payfast. When you are ready to proceed to payment on the checkout page, select the option to pay via EFT, presented under the payment options. Select your bank and login using your online banking credentials.  Choose from which account you want to make payment.  You will then be prompted to verify your payment with the bank on your mobile device.  You will instantly be notified that the transaction has been processed successfully.

Is Instant EFT safe?

It is quick and easy to use and completely safe as Payfast uses SSL encryption to keep all your information secure.  All banks that Payfast interfaces with for Instant EFT require two factor authentication to be completed to authorise the payment. This can either be an OTP via email or SMS or via push notification via a banking app. Therefore, no Instant EFT can be completed without the account holders approval.

 Easy Shipping

As the T-Shirt is custom printed especially for you, it is only printed once it has been ordered and paid.  The processing and delivery time is approximately 5 to 7 business days from date of payment received. Once we have received the order and the payment, the T-Shirt gets printed and once that process has been completed, the T-Shirt gets delivered directly to you. Please note that these times are estimates due to variables in processing and delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact times.

Kwaaidesigns delivers nationwide using Aramex and other courier services for a flat R100 delivery cost.  The package gets delivered directly to your physical home address or workplace address, as per your request.  As the courier service will contact you directly for delivery, please make sure that you input your cellphone number at checkout.  You will be provided with a tracking number, so that you can track your delivery should you want to.  Or you can contact us at sales@kwaaidesigns.co.za for further information. 

As we are relying on third party courier services to deliver your package, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.  

Refunds

As you are important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase, please contact us at sales@kwaaidesigns.co.za within 14 days of receipt of the item, in order for us to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.  Please refer to our Refund policy for more detailed explanation of our terms in respect of our Refund Policy.
